      <image:caption>Kenny Leung Kenny graduated from the University of Toronto Scarborough and started his career in public accounting with PwC in 2011. Aligned with his passion for working with private businesses, he then joined MNP, one of Canada’s leading national accounting firms for private enterprises, where he worked closely with owner-managed clients in the markets of real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products and services. He also led student recruiting programs to help build and train the next group of young staff accountants.  Kenny continues to use his professional expertise in taxation, accounting, assurance and other advisory services to help family businesses as they navigate their current challenges and future obstacles ahead.    He is an active member of the Chinese community of Toronto.  His passion includes working with youth and mentoring the next generation of students and young professionals who aspire to become professional accountants.       <image:caption>Stanley Kwan | FCPA, FCA, MBA stanley.kwan@legasus.ca (905) 513-1688 x1075 After obtaining his MBA from McMaster University, Stanley spent ten years with Deloitte before establishing his own practice in 1985. Since the early 1980s, he spends a significant amount of time each year travelling between Canada and Asia to advise new immigrants on proper planning of their tax and financial arrangements in order to be compliant with complicated Canadian tax rules. He works closely with prominent Canadian immigration lawyers, Hong Kong professionals, and various banks and trustee companies. More recently, he is also concentrated on assisting former clients on proper re-settlement tax planning. Stanley’s dedication to looking after his clients’ interest has earned him the trust and confidence of many successful families. With his extensive experience in working with clients from Hong Kong and China, he helps them achieve family wealth transition and continuity goals by setting up appropriate tax structures, such as Canadian or offshore trusts. Stanley is also heavily involved in assisting local businesses and professionals with setting up appropriate tax structures in Canada. In the Greater Toronto Area, Stanley has been firmly recognized as a well-respected community leader. He was one of the founders of the Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation, Chair of the Scarborough Hospital Foundation, a trustee of the Royal Ontario Museum and a founder of Fu Hui Education Foundation. Further to attaining her CPA designation, Michelle also completed the CPA In-Depth Tax Program and is a tax planning and compliance specialist. Her broad professional expertise has her frequently involved with resolving difficult tax issues concerning family trusts, corporations, and individuals, including shareholder and management compensation planning, commodity and payroll taxes, and foreign assets and income reporting. She has a uniquely strong and sharp analytical perspective which allows her to review client’s data effectively and derive thorough background analyses so that relevant factors are prudently considered when designing appropriate tax structures for her clients. Michelle gives her full attention to the details about personal objectives and constraints of her clients, and is therefore highly respected by her clients for her valuable tax solutions. He is a change agent that has been able to drive growth and impact throughout his career. He has experience with various industries including (but not limited to) consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, education, and technology. He started his career with Deloitte and has held progressively senior positions working closely with c-suite executives, most recently as Executive Director &amp; Head of Finance at Nelson Education. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). He continues to be involved with the profession as a Session Leader for CPA Ontario and was previously a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto. She took a break from the firm to work with an emerging technology subsidiary of the Alibaba Group before she returned to Deloitte and was admitted to the partnership in 2017. From her 20 years practicing as a public accountant, Yuki accumulated abundant experience in providing business management advice and delivering assurance services to private owner-managed businesses. She has assisted start-up companies through different stages of their business lifecycle, including IPO preparation. With her experience between Canada and China, she assists family businesses with operations in both countries to streamline business and financial management and advises immigrants and emigrants between the two countries on tax planning and reporting issues. Yuki is actively involved in Chinese business community of the Greater Toronto Area. While she was a director of the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs in 2020-2021, she provided valuable support to the Mainland Initiative through hosting Mandarin-speaking events.</image:caption>

He founded an impactful youth volunteer group in the Toronto Chinese community which has continued to support numerous charities since 2007. His community leadership has been recognized by the Chinese Canadian Legend Award program, University of Toronto and the United Nations. Being an avid fireside mentor, Keith has influenced over a thousand young professionals and university students.
